NEAL MODI, P.E.

 A Licensed Real Estate Broker, Professional Engineer and senior most member of the Chen & Modi Team, Neal Modi is selling homes in Queens since 1984. He is a member of the Re/Max Platinum Club for three years in a row and has always worked with the top Real Estate companies in Queens such as; First Choice Real Estate, Van Riper Realtors, and Century 21 Best. He has chosen to be with Re/Max since 1995, since Re/Max sells more homes in the U.S. than any other company.He has also worked for the Department of Real Estate of the City of New York as an Engineer and Inspector. His past and present community involvements include, presidency of PTA’s in New York City schools, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cross Island YMCA and the Vice President for the Association of Indians in America.

JAY MODI

 Jay Modi is a highly talented Real Estate Sales Agent with 10 years of experience in, buying and selling property for clients; performing duties, such as studying property listings, interviewing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property site, discussing conditions of sale, and coordinating real estate contracts, mortgagee approvals and closings. He has had a passionate interest towards this profession since the age of 18 and has been working with his father, Neal Modi and residing in the borough of Queens for his entire life.

ANDY CHEN

A Re/Max Platinum Club Member and No. 1 Agent in Total Sales (2006-2010); Andy Chen’s vast knowledge and experience combined with the energy, technology and marketing strategies of his team-members have established the Chen & Modi team as the prominent Real Estate team in Queens. He is a professional in all aspects of his business endeavors.
